Nancy the Nikon Cont.

J was playing around with the camera again taking lots of pictures of Sophi. Here are a few of my favorites. Also, I was playing around with some settings on the blog, so if the pictures all look different sizes, it's because I'm trying out some tips and tricks from Klee!

My new FAVORITE picture of Sophi!

We were playing chase in the yard...

Just in case you can't see it...she's dragging a stick that is longer than her in the next pic...super cute!

Mom's Barn and Young's Dairy

Mom's been wanting pictures of this barn for a long time. I took pictures of it when she was here, but that memory card died so J and I went there this weekend and took some better ones with the new camera. Mom: I think you can right click and save the pics if you want them. If not, let me know which ones you want and I'll email them to you.

The barn is located at this place close to me called Young's Jersey Dairy. I like this place for obvious reasons (awesome name). They have good ice cream, a petting zoo, a driving range, batting cages, and putt putt golf. My favorite is the sign that says Young's Utters and Putters.

Apparently this is where our world headquarters is...

Background

When I picked the new background for the blog, I was not aware that it was the beach. I thought it was just the purple color at the top, but I love it and it's super appropriate as I look forward to summer and a beach wedding!!! Plans so far: Spend as much time (hopefully the whole week before the wedding) in Florida with the parents, Josh, Karale, and Rosy. Get married on Friday night at sunset (joined by Justin's parents). Not sure what to do on Saturday, but then on Sunday head out for a Carnival Cruise. We've already booked swimming with the dolphins and I get to ride on their fin as they swim through the water. I CANNOT WAIT!!! Justin thought about scuba diving, but I talked him into snorkeling instead. I'm waiting on dad to be with me when I scuba dive, plus J is sooooo very afraid of the ocean and the creatures in it, that I'm not sure he could handle scuba diving. Another activity we looked at would be wearing this big "fish bowl" thing on your head and walking along the bottom of the ocean. I think that would be cool, but we don't have much money so the activities will be limited. In all honesty though, the activities are not as expensive as I expected them to be. We'll get to do a lot more than we anticipated I think. It's going to be a blast!!! I'll try to keep you posted a little better as the day approaches!
